Choice of college to feature in my Preliminary task

My connotation on the cover raises my target audiences thought on the massive social issue of drug use. So the college I'm using to feature in my preliminary task is Hull College, because drug use most commonly occurs in urban area's, so I've picked Hull college because it's in a city centre campus, therefore, the students there may be more exposed to it.
